Other civscore parser

Found another one of the civscore log parsers on the freeciv forums, contributed by one of the players a little while back.

This one works, unlike the other ones we had found and it's totally sick.
It's used to power the game progress portion of his server(http://narthex.munk.org:5560/). Much, much more sophisticated than the simple parse + graph program we have so something to shoot for perhaps.
